This is a tote bag I sewed for mother's day. I fell in love with the pink and black small flowers fabric and this black lace, they're just so cute! I made the shushu for holding the bag together and making it to a size it could fit inside my mom's bag, so that she can use it for shopping and help the enviroment avoiding plastic bags. It makes me very proud and happy seeing her using it ♥

I love the one you made me, as well! I have it with me on this trip as my main bag XD I guess I should use it more for eco and less for purse use >XD This pattern on her bag is very pretty and I really adore the idea of having a band to roll it up and hold it together!
It's so pretty and so useful! It's quite common to bring your own bag if you shop for food here in Germany. Well, at least more common than in Great Britain. I love Great Britain, but they don't even ask you if you want a plastic bag. You just get one. I have 2 Hello Kitty shopping bags I should use more often.
