Since this week I got a card made by dear Gillanek, I decided to post here the lovely presents I for from her last year's Christmas too. This is a super cute panda she cross-stitched for me, I remember she asked my favorite animal and she did it specially for me, it made me so happy! And having it in my hands and seeing how beautiful and wonderfully done it is, it made me want to start cross-stitching too. The shadows and outlines she did are so pretty! Thank you very much for being such great inspiration and good friend ♥

She is very good at this! I used to do some work like this but I always followed a pattern so that helped me ^^;; I'm not vey good at making my own designs. She must spend a lot of time putting her love into these items~
Oh, I remember this story too. :D And how I was stressed because I had no patterns with panda.

Aww The Panda is so cute <3 My mom cross-stitched advent calenders for me, my brother and my sister - huge ones - and put little rings on them where she hung 24 presents for us every year when we were children. The advent calenders are still on our walls every christmas without presents though. Cross-stitching has something chrismassy to me because of that.
Moreover I didn't know that your favourite animals were Pandas! I understand why. They are so cute.
